lafangey.com ("the website") is owned and operated by Orrizon Ventures, a sole proprietorship based in Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"). Lafangey is our clothing and accessories brand. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our products are printed on demand after you order. Colours on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product, and minor variations in print placement are normal for printed apparel. Each product page states the fabric and size details. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Shipping is free across India, with no extra charges at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Payments

Online payments (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets) are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. All orders are prepaid; we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Orders and cancellation

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email or SMS. You can cancel within 12 hours of placing an order by emailing us. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or incorrect details. If we cancel an order, you get a full refund.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, photos and the Lafangey name and logo belong to Orrizon Ventures and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it unlawfully, place fake orders, or use it for any illegal purpose. You must be 18 or older, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
