This Privacy Policy explains how Orrizon Ventures ("we", "us"), which owns and runs the Lafangey brand and lafangey.com, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our website, place an order or contact us. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. By using lafangey.com you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

  • Order and contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and shipping and billing address.
  • Order information: what you buy, sizes, order value, payment method and order history.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We only receive a payment confirmation and transaction reference.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email, contact form or chat, including photos for a damaged or misprinted item.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and items added to cart, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Why we use it

  • To take your order, print it, ship it and send you order and tracking updates.
  • To process payments and refunds.
  • To answer your questions and handle replacements, refunds and complaints.
  • To prevent fraud, fake orders and misuse of the website.
  • To keep invoices and accounting records required by GST and income-tax law.
  • To improve our website and products, and to understand which designs people like.
  • To send you offers and new-drop updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by emailing us.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share only what each partner needs to do its job:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and stores order data.
  • Razorpay, which processes payments and refunds.
  • Our print-on-demand and fulfilment partner (Qikink) and its courier partners, who receive your name, phone number and shipping address to print, pack and deliver your order.
  • Email, analytics and advertising tools (such as Google and Meta), which may receive usage data through cookies to help us measure and show our ads.
  • Government or law-enforcement authorities, when we are legally required to.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. They are required to protect it with appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may stop working properly.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as GST and income-tax law requires (currently up to 8 years). We keep other data only while it is needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, where the law allows.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we've shared it with;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update your data;
  • ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example, invoices);
  • withdraw your consent to marketing at any time;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity;
  • raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (below), and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

Our store is meant for people aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please place orders with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent, and we do not track or target ads at children.

8. Security

Our store runs on Shopify with SSL encryption, and payments go through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems. We limit access to your data to people who need it to fulfil your order. No system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as card numbers by email or chat.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "Last updated" date.
