Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Every product is printed after you order. It is usually dispatched in 2–5 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after that.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through Razorpay. Paying online means we can start printing your piece right away.
Do you have any offers?
Use code LAFANGEY10 for 10% off your first order, or buy any 2 items and get 10% off automatically. Only one offer applies per order.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page.
Can I return or exchange for a different size?
Since every piece is printed specially for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the Size Chart before ordering.
What if my product arrives damaged or misprinted?
We've got you. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I wash my Lafangey tee?
Wash inside out in cold water, don't bleach, and don't iron directly on the print. Dry in shade to keep the print fresh longer.
Do you take bulk orders for college fests or clubs?
Yes! Email us at hey@lafangey.com with your design, quantity and deadline.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us, and you'll get a full refund. After that, it has usually gone into printing.
